At Vivani Day Spa our mission is to provide high quality, personalized spa treatment services in a calm, relaxing atmosphere with an emphasis on customer service and customized treatment plans. We want our customers to feel better, look better and be truly refreshed by their spa experience with us.

Location
We are conveniently, but discreetly located in a private building (not a shopping center) near the North East Mall in Hurst, Texas. If you are familiar with the Mall, we are located on the same street as Saks Fifth Avenue and the Food Court entrance: Melbourne Rd.

Vivani Etiquette
Arrive early. At least 10 minutes to fill out your intake forms, but to get the full spa experience, we suggest you come at least 20 minutes early to relax before your appointment and plan to linger after your treatment is completed.
What to bring or leave at home. We will provide everything you need for your spa treatment, including fresh water and tea. We recommend you leave your valuables and mobile phones at home for your own peace of mind.
What to wear. We suggest you dress comfortably to maximize your experience. For massages and skin treatments you will be asked to remove necessary clothing down to your comfort level and be given a robe or another appropriate cover-up. Your modesty will be respected.
About children. While we love children, we do not allow children under 12 without an appointment and without proper supervision. We also enforce a quiet, peaceful environment for the sake of our clients. If your child is full of energy, as many children are, we respectfully ask that you make other arrangements for him/her while you visit our spa. We believe this mini-break from the little ones will allow you to return to them refreshed and rejuvenated, and allow other clients to fully enjoy their spa experience too.
Cancellation Policy: We require that guests provide a
minimum 24-hour notice to change or cancel Spa appointments.
Cancellations and/or changes made within 24 hours of the
appointment time will not be charged, however, no notification
of cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the treatment
price.
Other policies:
- Please turn off mobile phones when you enter our spa.
- No children under twelve without an appointment (see "About Children" above). Children must be properly supervised.
- Please respect others and their need for rest and rejuvenation.
- Alert us to any and all allergies, injuries (current or former), and other health issues you may have.
- We do not allow smoking in the spa.
- No solicitation during business hours and without a pre-scheduled appointment.
- Gratuity is not included in service price.
- Absolutely no intimate contact or suggestive conversation between clients and spa personnel is allowed.
